Privacy Policy

At The Clearing, we prioritize the privacy of wellness practitioners and purpose-driven owners. We collect information you provide through our Business Vital Signs assessment and clarity call bookings to better understand your business roots. This data is handled with artisan-level care and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use standard industry practices to secure your data and respect your right to request access to or deletion of your information at any time.For questions regarding your data, please reach out via our contact page.

Booking & Payment Policies

Paid bookings, including the Marketing Wellness Check, are processed securely through Wix. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. By completing a transaction, you agree to the rates and terms shown at checkout. Community memberships are handled separately through Skool, not Wix.

Terms for Paid Bookings

Clients may reschedule a Marketing Wellness Check at any time, with no limit on how many times. Please give as much notice as possible. You can reschedule through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting The Clearing directly.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you'll get a full refund of the $250 session fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you'll be refunded the session fee minus a 10% cancellation fee ($25). This fee covers the preparation time already spent on your session, including the review of your Business Vital Signs assessment.

Refund Policy

Refunds for a Marketing Wellness Check go back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Since our services involve professional time and customized strategic research, refunds are not typically provided once a session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please email us directly to discuss how we can make it right.

All membership tiers of The Clearing's Skool community are paid month-to-month and can be cancelled at anytime. However, refunds are typically not issued.
